Sacred Ground: Call to Worship
What if each and every time we gather
we land on sacred ground
Not only because it’s here - and everywhere
but because it grows
in the space between
me and you
in the space between
each of us and each other
What if each and every time we gather
we land on sacred ground
Us as humans, yes, but all life
the mountain
the river
the aspen grove
the red tailed hawk
the groans of the earth
and the songs of protesters
all a chorus
or a symphony of life
and death
and life again
What if each and every time we gather
we land on sacred ground
Where Life unfolds
And Love persists
Here - in the midst of it all
Come, let us worship together this morning.
